I was back in Japan for early Spring in March. I like Spring, it feels like a new fresh start... I went to pick 'Nanohana" and "Tsukushi". It's free, eatable, fresh wild food. There were so many of them! Blanched the flowers called "Nanohana". Mixed with ground white sesame, sugar and soy sauce. It was delicious, fresh Spring flavour!
